I like to add tortilla chips to mine but of course, toppings are to your liking. ☺️ Recipe: (Boiling chicken) 6 pounds whole chicken 1 whole onion 1 head garlic 2 bay leaves Salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper corns (Sauce) 6-7 Roma tomatoes 4 garlic cloves 1 chipotle pepper 1/2 small onion 1/2 cup broth Salt (Veggies) 1 pound fresh green beans 1 pound fresh carrots 1 29 ounces garbanzos 3 springs cilantro 3 springs epazote Bring the chicken to boil for 40 minutes to an hour on medium low heat. You know the chicken is ready when you pick it up and it falls apart.
