Raising Baby Hamsters: From Birth to Their Dream Hamster Villa After taking care of the mother hamster for over 20 days, my baby hamsters have finally grown their fur! As the Big Brother, I decided it's time to gift them a new house as a gesture of love. Twenty-six days ago, the mother hamster gave birth to a bunch of adorable little ones. Initially, I thought she had only two or three babies, but to my surprise, there were so many! Watching them grow has been an incredible journey. By the eighth day, they had already grown fur and started crawling everywhere. The mother hamster has exhausted herself raising them all. Comparing her photos before and after giving birth, you can see how much effort she's put in. She truly deserves some extra treats to replenish her energy. By the eleventh day, the babies had eaten so much they looked like little roly-polies with impressive core strength! On the thirteenth day, they were about to open their eyes, and by the twenty-seventh day, they all left the nest, ready to explore the world. It's time to meet them individually! The first one is the smallest in the litter, with a tiny round belly, so I named it "Little Thumb" because it's just the size of a thumb. The second one is a sleepy black bear hamster with little dark circles under its eyes; I named it "Little Round Face." This little one is very hygienic, always willing to wash its hands! The third one loves eating dumplings, so it's called "Little Dumpling." Another is "Sole," who got its name after being accidentally stepped on - don't worry, it's perfectly fine! Then there's "Mushroom Head," known for its huge cheeks, making it stand out among the rest. Lastly, there's the best-looking little bear whose name I let you, the audience, decide. Watching them interact is pure joy, but it's clear they need more space. So, I decided to build them a big villa complete with tunnels, underground passages, a roller coaster track, and even a Ferris wheel they can actually ride! I added some jellyfish decorations to turn it into a sea-view room. Now, when they open their eyes, they'll see jellyfish floating above - how fun is that? I wonder which little one will be lucky enough to ride the roller coaster first. To make them feel at home, I made sure to include old wood shavings with their mother's scent. It's heartwarming to see Little Thumb missing its mom, but I assure them that Big Brother is here to care for them. Even when their mom accidentally steps on them - it's not on purpose, after all - I make sure they're okay. The big house will be theirs to enjoy, and in a few days, I'll be the first to take them on the roller coaster!
