Well, we kept fighting the celing issues after popcorn removal but bubbles keep forming and paint continues to bleed through. Eduardo and his team are getting ready to mud the entire ceiling and paint after they finish. This is a two day job and they will paint the madter closet as well. I will be happy to get this all behind me and put the house back in order.
