I AM BLOWN AWAY BY THIS ONE ๐๐ผ servings: 4 360 calories (38c/12f/29p) * recipe adapted from @mariannas_pantry - YOU DID SOMETHING W THIS ONE ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ INGREDIENTS: 12 oz cauliflower, steamed 1 cup cottage cheese (i used low fat) 4 oz parmigiano reggiano 2 tsp chopped garlic (i used jarred) 2 tsp salt 1 tsp rosemary 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 cup milk (or more if consistency is too thick) 1 box protein pasta of choice (i love @eatbanza ) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. steam cauliflower & make pasta according to package instructions 2. combine cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic, seasonings & herbs, and milk 3. once cauliflower has cooled a bit (isnโt piping hot) add it to your sauce and blend 4. once smooth and all incorporated, pour over cooked pasta 5.
