Hey everyone 🥰 So my first visit to @aldiuk went well. I spent £111 (including bags) and that gave us enough food for the week. Slight issue with changing to supermarkets like this is they don’t do has much choice so we have had an issue with the crisps. Franki is a bit of a funny eater and isn’t fond of the ones I picked up so I did have to pop to Morrisons to grab him some others (he would have been fine to go without but he’s always so gracious about situations like this and it’s not fair for others to have something he can’t have) I’m obviously used to shopping online so know what I’m spending has I’m putting it in the basket which made me a bit anxious in Aldi. So I think now I know what I got this week I can put a little bit more in next week. Our main food is all there but we need to have a few more snacky bits in the cupboards for me and Jim because we had nothing on this shop. I didn’t get toilet roll (has I did my TikTok shop order 😂). Can you believe this came the next day. This is the first time I’ve used TikTok shop so I had a bigger discount than usual so the regular price is £23.99 but absolutely worth the price if you have somewhere to keep it. 🙌 All in all I was pleased with the price and if I can keep the budget under £150 going to Aldi I’d be really happy.
