Along with making sure I hit my 10k steps daily I have also been going to the gym 4 times a week ๐ I feel stronger and Iโve been building muscle ๐ช. Taking this one day at a time and not giving up just because I donโt see a difference everyday. I started with low weight at the beginning of the year and have added so much weight to all of my workouts.
