Post game dinner for my clients. Appetizer was a spinach, roasted chickpea, red onion, avocado & toasted almond salad with a citrus champagne vinaigrette. ✨ The entree was a pan seared halibut over freeing pesto & a bad of seared shallots, topped off with a butter, garlic, white wine & lemon reduction.
