Capybaras make quite a few different vocalizations! That clicking noise is Pumpkin’s most common one. She produces those clicks when she is exploring new places, socializing with her favorite animals (like Stevie), and particularly content getting scratchies. She also displays a “wheek” similar to what you’d hear from a guinea pig!
