My current workout split! I'm working out 4-5 times per week veering more towards 4 since i'm in a hormone healing phase and trying to keep overall stress on my body low to reduce inflammation! Balance is key here though so still keeping in strength training of course 👏🏼 #workout #gym #workoutsplit
