Replying to @Angelica | Health + Fitness zone 2 cardio is a great tool *BUT* it’s not the only tool 👇👇 Heart rate is affected by sleep, stress, menstrual cycle / changes in hormones, caffeine, and temperature. 👀 Problem is - It’s difficult to determine how much these factors are affecting heart rate on any given day.
