Your brain AND body recover and retain information during sleep 😴 - REST DAYS ARE IMPORTANT FOR THE BODY AND NERVOUS SYSTEM FOOD 🥗 - You are what you eat! 🥗 - make sure your diet has enough protein, whole grains and healthy fats to help you out! 🥗 - you don’t have to be on a FAD diet (THAT SHXT doesn’t help you make a LASTING change) . Consistency 📈 - STACK YOUR DAYS CONSISTENCY IS NOT PERFECT. 😤- THERE WILL BE DAYS BETTER THAN OTHERS 🗯️- DON’T QUIT 🧠 - POSITIVE SELF TALK . In closing.
