Tuna ceviche! 🔥 I was originally supposed to make this into the viral aguachile de atún but I realized I didn’t have all the ingredients so I had to use what I had and made it into regular ceviche. It was still super delicious! 🔥 & also cheap to make! 🙌🏼 Normally it also has serranos or jalapeños chopped up but like i said I was out of a couple ingredients 😁 2- 5oz cans of tuna (in water) 1 tomatoes 1 handful of cilantro 1/2 English cucumber 1/4 red onion 1 Serrano or jalapeño 2 limes Salt and pepper Avocado (optional) Tostitos chips or tostadas to serve Chop all of your veggies Drain tuna cans and add to chopped veggies Add salt and pepper to your liking Add lime juice and mix Serve with chips or tostadas and it’s as easy as that!
