Ingredients: * 2 cups chopped ramps (about 12 ramps). * 8-10 oz unsalted room temp butter. * 4 tbsp olive oil. * 1 lemon. * Salt to taste. Directions: 1. Bring water to a boil. Blanch the ramps for 20 sec and shock in ice water. 2. Remove as much excess moisture as possible. 3. Add it all to a food processor and process until smooth. 4.
