Replying to @🌞 I have seen progesterone levels jump up significantly (from 9ng/mL to 19 ng/mL) in only 4 cycles when we implement these tools. Working on nervous system regulation and sleep is always the biggest needle mover when it comes to progesterone levels. This gets you not only more progesterone, but more energy, better moods, better blood sugar regulation, and a trickle down effect everywhere in your body for a LONG TERM benefit to your whole hormonal health. The biggest reason progesterone levels get low is stress, inflammation, and poor recovery (not enough nutrients, rest, stress management, etc). This is why in our intake, I always like to make sure we are looking at your entire body as whole. Not just the separate parts and symptoms, but how your sleep, how your moods, how your energy, how your skin issues, your gut stuff… ALL of these are affecting your progesterone levels, or your estrogen metabolism, or your PMS, etc. When we can look at your entire body, we can give you just a few tangible things to work on, instead of 80 different supplements and changes to your life. A few simple, easy to implement tools can be the balance your body needed to get those progesterone levels back on track. If you need help with this come grab a spot in the Period Solutions Academy AND have a 1:1 session with me to create a plan that’s tailored to you ❤️ #p#progesteronee#estrogenh#hormonehealthh#healthyhormonesh#hormonebalancew#womenshealthp#pmsf#fertilityi#infertilityh#hormonetipsn#nutritionherbs
