We don't say GOOD JOB! 🫢 🫢 😮 Its not the end of the world to say good job, but I think we can be more intentional with how we speak to our kids and encourage the right behaviours. ❤️ The positive discipline approach encourages us to acknowledge efforts not just reward results. 🌈 We want our kids to be internally motivated and to feel pride in their own actions.
