Fitness social media is toxic Everything is predicated on “aesthetics” and how you look, and comments sections are either filled with, “why should I listen to you, you look like you don’t even lift” or, “💉💉💉” Meanwhile, your fitness level has nothing to do with the way you look and everything to do with how you perform at the things that you personally want to be able to do.
