As I approach my 57th birthday in June, I can't help but reflect on how grateful I am for my health and strength. One of the things that keeps me feeling young is staying active and mixing up my workout routine. When the sun is shining, you can find me out on my bike, soaking up the fresh air and getting my cardio in. It's moments like these that remind me how important it is to take care of our bodies and cherish the ability to move and be active. Here's to many more years of staying fit and strong!
