5 INGREDIENT NANDOS PERI PERI CHICKEN & HALLOUMI AIRFRYER TRAYBAKE 🌶️ Ingredients: -650g diced chicken breast (You can also swap the chicken for a vegetarian/vegan protein option too, but adjust your cook times as required 🍃) -225g halloumi, cut into cubes -2 yellow peppers, deseeded and cut into cubes -1 onion, peeled and cut into small chunks -About 125g Peri Peri sauce, but adjust to your tastes. -1tbsp sunflower oil -Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper Method: Put all the ingredients (except the halloumi) into your air fryer, stir well and and cook on 200c for 15 mins. Add the halloumi and cook for a further 10 minutes. Shake vigorously halfway through cooking. No AirFryer No Problem... cook in the oven at 180c for the same time. (When cooking this in the air fryer you may find some liquid at the bottom of the tray after cooking.
