I’m working remote from my childhood home on the east coast. Let’s make brunch, which is not quite a tomato-eggs situation since I added spinach and kale, too, but I seasoned with fish sauce, s+p and ate over a little bit of leftover rice my mom had in the fridge. In LA, I’m up so early because I am often on calls or answering emails for my UK/EU or east coast teams. Now that I’m in EST this week, I guess I am waking up at a normal hour, but my schedule feels so off.
