This Cake is Bananas 🍌 🎵 Because it's #nationalbananaday, let's take a quick look back at one my favorite giant fruit cakes - my giant peeled bananas cake.! This cake once again demonstrates the power of adding details to the INSIDE of your novelty or hyperrealistic cakes. I used an actual banana cake recipe so that this cake not only looks like 🍌but actually tastes like them too (banana-ceptiion!). I also decorated the inside of the cake vs. .just focusing on the exterior peel. One of my favorite details is the "banana strings" which I made using my clay extruder (real ones remember my clay extruder!!)
