Quick to make, soft and elastic! These #crepes will be perfect for both sweet and savory recipes 😎🙌 Method by our @SweetsMelissa ♥️ 👉INGREDIENTS 500ml of milk 250g of flour 3 eggs A pinch of salt Butter for the pan 👉METHOD 1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat vigorously. 2. Add the milk slowly while continuing to mix. You can use water or your favorite plant-based milk if you want a lighter version. 3. Now add the sifted flour a little at a time to avoid forming lumps and mix vigorously. Also, add a pinch of salt for flavor, but avoid sugar if you want a neutral base. If lumps do form, just sift the batter or blend it with a beater and the dough will become perfectly smooth. 4. Use a crepe maker or a regular non-stick pan. Don't forget to butter them, otherwise the crepes will stick to the base. 5. As soon as you see the butter sizzling it means the pan is hot enough and you can start cooking your crepes. Take a ladle of batter, not too much otherwise you won't be able to spread it evenly and cook it well. 6. Swirl to spread the dough, as soon as they start to brown and detach from the pan it will be the right time to turn them, in a simple or more acrobatic way. 7. Make a nice pile of crepes so they retain their heat and fluffiness 8. Now you can fill them with hazelnut cream of with ham and cheese for a savory version! 📌Some more tips: -If you don't want to cook them straight away, just cover the batter with cling film and store it in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. -It doesn't take much to store them well, cover the dish with cling film, so they will remain soft. When you leave them uncovered they become very dry. Do you make them like this?
