I didn't even address the plethora of health benefits walking provides because their message is so incredibly ignorant. Walking will improve just about every aspect of your health. Heart health, dementia, cognitive abilities, Blood pressure, bone density, cholesterol, blood sugar management, mental health, muscle mass, stress, sleep - these are just a handful of things that walking benefits.
