That inner voice always hunts me 🤯 and I also have the feeling it can do something with the mirror to……I skip 1 session and I look 5Kg heavier 🤷🏻🤦🏻

Helping Sara and @voor_sara is without a doubt one of the best decisions I made in life. "EACH ONE TEACH ONE" we're all here for a short period of time and some have more than others...but what do you do with what you have? Share it.....Give back.......we can't take it with us. So for me becoming ambassador for @ was a no brainer, me and my team read about Sara in the newspaper a girl who is fighting a rare muscle disease and isn't sure what her future will hold because a flu could already be fatal. So a charity was created not just for Sara but for every one with the LAMA2-MD muscle disease. Throughout the years we raised enough money to finally start research and hopefully find a cure. I want to thank everyone that every donated your donation is making a difference 🙏🏻 and ofcourse everybody envolved from Sara's family to every single person working/helping @Voor Sara because we're giving back and trying to leave the world a little bit better than we found it. ❤️
