My palm tattoo was healed 4ish months and I finally got the courage to touch up the one side of it. The left side of the tattoo healed well because I was going deep enough. There is a misconception about palm tattoos and that they can never be solid tattoos. There is a certain way to do them. You aren’t able to tattoo a palm like you can every other part of the body. You have to be a bit more aggressive to get the ink to stay in the skin in my experience. You have to do simple tattoos on the palm.
