Ingredients: 3/4 cup applesauce 2 eggs 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup melted butter (you can use DF if needed) or melted coconut oil/olive oil 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice 1 cup self raising flour 3/4 cup oat flour (just blend oats until they form a flour) 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tsp baking powder 1tbsp @SPICETUB banana bread spice mix or spices of choice Optional: I mixed some spice mix with granulated sugar to add on top along with some rolled oats Method: 1. In a bowl combine the applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, butter and milk. 2. Add in the flours, oats, spice mix, baking powder and mix. 3. Add to a lined loaf tin and bake at 180°c for 35-40 minutes. 4.
