I took a 12 Trips in 12 Months challenge the year before my 30th birthday while employed full-time. I felt like I’d failed in not being married with children by then. I’m 36 now and I’m still not married, still no children. Yet, something has shifted along the way... I’ve learned to embrace the journey. I am learning to be happy the entire way through, not just when I reach a goal or have external accomplishments.
