God created mothers to protect their babies and fathers to protect their families. Their first responsibility is to protect them from themselves. Loving parents are self-less. The last thing on their minds is loving themselves. #love #animals #families

When we really love someone everything we do is because we love them. Even when they don’t like it. This is why love is long suffering. When loving someone means doing what they don’t agree with… we suffer for their sake. Or…we can just agree with them so they will love us (love ourselves). We just can’t love them and agree unless what they believe is true. #love

Don’t let fear take the lead in your life. I know it’s so hard. The best way to deal with fear is to selflessly and gently approach it seeking the truth. As long as we are willing to look… the truth will always make itself known. Please don’t assume or follow your emotions. Seek obvious truth and follow it. The truth is your best defense and it doesn’t need your help. The truth just needs your willingness…and it will defend you.

Loving a child is doing what is truly best for them…especially when it’s difficult. You don’t need to be harsh. Sometimes you may need to do it with them… but don’t do it for them. All parents fail to love sometimes but when we do we should be quick to repent and we should never use our children to love us. We should love them whether they love us or not.
