I love grilled pork chops! Here are my tips for perfect chops every time! 1. Start with thick pork chops. They are less likely to overcook and dry out on the grill. 2. Season on all sides and let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes while you heat up the grill. The seasoning will stick better and will start to penetrate the meat. 3. Start over high direct heat, flip them every minute or 2 until you have your desired sear. Move them to the indirect heat side of the grill and continue cooking until they reach 140 degrees internal temp.
