Confidence isn’t just something people are born with. It’s something you can learn and master. By doing what I call Elevated Self Work I managed to completely transform my self-confidence and self-esteem. I did this in four simple steps: 1. Identifying and working through limiting beliefs 2. Visualizing my Elevated Self 3. Subconscious Integration 4. Soft Positive Progress (Action Steps) The more I showed up as my Elevated Self, the more I became her and over time, my life transformed around me.
