if you just got a positive test.. ⬇️ You’re probably scared out of your mind, and you’re allowed to be. As much as pregnancy/postpartum IS NOT about the bounce back, who doesn’t love a challenge? Pregnancy challenges me to push past my own limits, and even the limits society places on us thinking we can’t do hard things. The postpartum transformation can be wanted without you “not giving yourself grace” - we all deserve to feel our best, especially after being a HOME for another human for 40 weeks. But guess what? It starts DURING pregnancy. The transformation. The recovery. The labor prep. Starts NOW. I am officially in my third trimester with my third baby, I’m still working out “hard” for me, still biking, hiking, doing classes, and wrestling my two boys around. Carrying and delivering 3 babies in <4 years is no joke, but I have the tools and education to do it, and do it damn well. That’s what I am passionate about sharing.
