Wim Hof breathing has been a game changer for my mental health. Took about 9 months to finally make it habit. Been consistently doing it now for about 2 months every day(I’ve missed a few days here and there) and I highly recommend. Other habits that have also been a game changer in my life are - cold showers first thing in morning - Meditation - Reading - Working out - Walking (10,000 steps a day) - 20 min sauna 3-5 times a week - Morning walks to get sun in eyes - Microdosing 🍄 Just thought I’d throw this out there for anyone thinking about trying any of the things I mentioned above. ❤️😘.
