This is what a typical day is looking like cutting for a bodybuilding show. Prep update⬇️ -40 mins fasted cardio in the am 3x a week -25 post workout cardio 2x a week -3 leg days a week, 1 upper body day, and one hit yoga session -just finished 2 weeks of… 2 rest days (low carbs) 3 training days (mid carbs) 2 leg days (high carbs) -the increase in carbs GAVE me some much needed strength in the gym💪🏼 Next week we’re dropping calories and increasing cardio 🥲but that’s the name of the game • • • • • #bodybuilding #bodybuildingmotivation #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossgoals #summershredding
