4/6/24ā Day 1 of 75 Soft was very smooth despiteā¦ the start of shark week. Hereās what I ate: Breakfast: Eggs on toast with smoked salmon and arugula. Lunch: Italian wrap on a spinach and herb low carb tortilla. Mortadella, soppressata, smoked mozzarella, arugula, shallots, shallot oil and balsamic glaze. Dinner: Trader Joeās Lobster Bisque pasta with shrimp. I used fresh, herb fettuccine, shallots, garlic, a little white wine, basil, and chives to level it up a bit.
