Many times when we see patients post ankle sprain, they’ve been told to rest, ice, compress, and elevate (RICE). They’ve also been rx’d NSAIDs…. However, if you want to recover fast, ditch the ice and NSAIDs and get the ankle moving. I’ve demonstrated some early intervention exercises here, which can be done all day. What are your thoughts?
