Recipe ⬇️ * 2-3 tsp olive oil * 1 large chopped onion * 1 tsp minced garlic * 1/2 red and green peppers * 4-5 diced tomatoes * 1 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp mixed herbs * 1 tsp black pepper * 2 tsp veggie seasoning or salt * dash of water * 5 eggs * Dried parsley and sumac for garnish 1- heat oil, add onion and garlic and sauté till onion is soft. Add red & green peppers and sauté for few more mins. 2- add chopped tomatoes, smoked paprika, mixed herbs, black pepper, veggie seasoning OR salt, add dash of water and let it simmer for about 2-3 mins. 3- mash tomatoes then make wells in the sauce and add the eggs 1 by 1 then cook it on low heat till eggs are done to your liking. 4- remove it from and garnish with dried parsley and sumac. #breakfastideas #brunch #middleeasternfood #easyrecipe
