It all comes down to one simple thing.. Our muscles hold our bones into place. Therefore, by training these muscles, you can change the bone structure of your face 🤔 Which is a very common occurrence 🕺🏼 So start strengthening those underused muscles of the face Massage it out to get fluids moving (I use @gordita.skincare 🫠) And try mewing 👅 for the jaw skeletal structure That’s really all 🤝 Save for later 😎🪄 PS.
