Grind the pork shoulder in a food processor until it becomes a paste. 2. Add salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix thoroughly with gloved hands. 3. For the binder, combine cornflour, chicken bouillon, water, and egg. 4. Pour the binder into the meat mixture. Mix thoroughly. 5. Grease a glass container generously with oil. Add the meat mixture and press firmly to remove any air pockets. Brush the top with oil, cover, and chill in the fridge overnight. 6. Remove the cover and replace with foil. Steam for 40 minutes. 7.
