Dessert Dip with a little animal cookie twist! Not really sure what to call this because it isn’t a thin dip, it has more of a cookie dough consistency. Honestly you could probably just have a spoonful and be satisfied, no dippers needed lol. Here’s the recipe it’s super easy: * 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened * 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened * 1 cup powdered sugar * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips * 1/2 cup-1 cup @motherscookiesus frosted animal cookies, chopped into small pieces (depends on how cookie-full you want this dip but I used one cup) 1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. 2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined and fluffy. 3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and animal cookies. 4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with apples. 5. If you’re going to refrigerate it, take it out at least an hour beforehand so it’s easier to scoop. 6. The second dessert I made from the new Mini Brands Masterchef series is a Fruit Tart! AD My next partnership treat with @Mini Brands is one of my all-time favorites to create. The mini version was my inspiration for the real-life version. The fruits that came in the package are so super cute- a mix of strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Of course, I had to include all of them. The mini version had a cream filling, so I made mine with vanilla cream cheese. I used the same fruit and topped it with a raspberry glaze. The Masterchef tarts came out so so perfect, and they even had a glaze as well. Also, fun fact, they come with a QR code that you can scan to find recipes.
