What an adventure I had today. You probably won't believe me, but thankfully I have the proof! Here's what happened - 1. This marker was the first piece of trash I found while walking the beach. Seemed pretty ordinary at first... 2. THEN POOF!! Unbeknownst to me, I had just activated a Magic Marker 3. and before my very eyes, I was turned into a little cartoon trash caulin 4. but now the trash was way too BIG for me to pick up by myself 5. So I begged Sharky & Larry if they could help me remove some trash off the beach 6. Sharky took me for a swim 7. Larry carried me around the beach 8. They both were a huge help in collecting all this trash! 9. After I tossed todays garbage, the magic marker effects began to wear off & I was poofed back into my normal self Not gonna lie, I'm gonna miss being a little cartoon. @TrashCaulin ♻️ We had quite an interesting morning on the beach this morning, check it out - 1. Started my adventure with a quick read from the Love Letters Mailbox. This note made me smile 😌 2. I noticed that someone took the time to clean & organize the toy box! (thank you whoever did that 💚) 3. Bought a new car off one of the Toys in the Toy Box. It's a 2024 EV with butterfly doors and a low interest rate 🏎️ 4. Mike texted me this photo so I had to go check it out. Apparently Maribel & Luis got married but couldn't bother to take any of their mess with them. 5. Here's some smaller pieces of trash I found while helping with the bigger pieces ♻️ It's cool to know so many people care about this beach. Lets go bird watching & learn about some of the local birds on this beach! 🦩 1. Starting with St. Petersburg's Hometown Hero, The Brown Pelican! These birds are iconic to Tampa Bay, yet most people aren't aware how terrifying Brown Pelicans can be... 2. See what I mean? 😦 3. Next is a personal favorite, the Grey Herron. These brids move so majesticly & will walk the shoreline, alongside people, while they search for their breakfast. 4. White Egrets are super common round these parts. They're also quite majestic, but a tad smaller than the Grey Herron. 5. Not even really sure what this bird is? Saw this fella soaking up some waves but couldn't detemine its species. If you have any ideas, let me know! 6. It's literally not a beach day if there aren't a gang of seagulls ready to swarm you at any moment. This particular seagull must be on lookout duty today. 7.
