What I eat in a day as an active girl who’s not trying to lose weight, but trying to maintain weight! 💁🏻♀️🍽️ I eat intuitively. I don’t track, I don’t count calories - nothing like that. Food freedom is everything to me - but I still try my best to add high-quality foods to my diet on a daily basis. It’s not perfect, but this is what a normal day of eating looks like for me, and every day isn’t the same. Some days I eat more (on days that I run or before/during my period), and some days I eat less. It really depends on my activity for the day! 😊 The most important thing for me is that #1 I eat to fuel my energy levels, #2 I listen closely to my hunger cues (I don’t let myself starve), #3 I eat home-cooked meals as much as I can. If you’re trying to lose weight, you might have to eat less (it really depends on the amount of physical activity that you’re doing alongside your weight loss journey), but I really do believe that fixing your eating habits, improving the quality of your food, and adding exercise to your daily routine can already make an improvement in your body and energy levels 😇 Finally got around to sharing this video, so drop a comment on what you’d like to see next! ✨ #whatieatinaday #fulldayofeating #intuitiveeating
