Some butchers sell them, some will give it to you for free! @lugarnogourmetmeats Easy Pork Crackling Chips Recipe ๐ 1. The pork skin needs to be dry. Airdry skin side up, uncovered on a wire rack, in the fridge for a few days until it's dry. 2. The white pricky tool is called a Jaccard. If you need one; link in bio. Prick 1 million holes. 3. Use a Stanley knife or a sharp knife to slice up the pork skin. You can do whatever shapes you like. 4. Season pork skin generously with sea salt. 5. Sandwich the pork skin between two sheets of baking paper with a baking tray underneath and on top. 6. Bake at 180c for 60 minutes 7.
