Replying to @Gaby Rivera •4oz fresh basil •3oz fresh spinach •1 cup raw pistachios •1 cup shredded parmesan •3/4 cup olive oil •3 cloves of garlic •salt to taste (I only use about tsp because I habe a sensitive palette and you can always add more salt later) *make sure to add your greens first and the nuts towards the end. If the pistachios are on the bottom they’ll start to blend into a nut butter. Sometimes I have to stop the blender and push the ingridients down until they all start to blend. #creamypesto #pestopaste #pistachiopesto
