For my ppl who want to meal prep but don’t know where to start this is what I found works for me! Few tips from my experience: •Base your meals around protein, add the sides/snacks after •Choose foods that you actually enjoy. Way easier to stay on track and not feel like you’re on a ‘diet’. Bc it’s not a diet it’s a ~lifestyle~ •Plan out what you’re going to eat for the next day so you don’t have to stress about it •Simple = Sustainable •Buy a food scale so you know how much or little you’re actually eating •Make ‘staple meals’ I do this a lot with ninja creami’s, I’ll switch up the flavor but it’s still around the same macros, same with dinner I usually do a protein, veggie and carb (rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes) You got this !! Seems annoying at first but once you get used to it and into a routine it’s mindless Lmk in the comments if you have any questions :) Also stay tuned for the meal prep video (prepped everything in under 20 minutes) Also if you want to try out @Just Meats use cxde ‘CWERNER10’ to save $$ Honestly tastes incredible (way better than what I can cook😭) and is super affordable and convenient for meal prepping (2 mins to heat up and technically has 4 servings per container but I split it into 3rds for my meal prep here) but super easy for bulk meal prepping for a few days! #mealprepping #fitness #macrofriendly #howtomealprep #gymgirl #fyp
