How to: 1-Drop your jaw down 2-Press your lips out 3-Pull them over your teeth 4-Try lifting your cheeks up (if it doesn't happen at first, don't worry—keep practicing it can take a week to activate cheeks) 5-Keep your mouth narrow and cheeks lifted throughout 6-Press into your temples and then back 7-Roll your eyes back 8-Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 4 times 9-Incorporate this into your daily routine. Remember, discomfort may arise due to tension, in your facial muscles so take it slow and steady!
