If you’re trying to make your waist smaller, but not doing arm workouts — you’re working against your body goals Before I lost 30 lbs, I used to hate them too because I thought working my upper body would make me look "manly" 🙈🤷🏾♀️ . But I didn’t want to just lose weight — I also wanted to feel strong and toned when I looked in the mirror I started adding arm workouts to my routine and it completely changed the shape of my body . That’s because a “toned” upper body will make your waist look smaller in comparison [it's all about your proportions, baby] 😉👙 . But walking around confused at the gym and doing a couple of curls aint gon’ cut it 😄 . That’s why I created this 15 minute routine to make arm day hella fun and help you shape your curves at home . All you need is a towel or t-shirt to warm up and some medium dumbbells [or whatever you have at home]. .
