Like a maniac shooting flaming arrows of death is one who deceives their neighbor and says, “I was only joking!” المَجنُونُ الَّذِي يَرْمِي سِهَامًا مُشتَعِلَةً وَقَاتِلَةً، يُشْبِهُ الَّذِي يَخْدَعُ جَارَهُ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ لَهُ: «كُنْتُ أمْزَحُ!» When my kids were little, I needed to teach them this verse from the Proverbs of King Solomon. This is one of my biggest pet peeves.
