These oats are easy to make & serve up carbs, protein, healthy fats, and fibre for a nourishing and delicious brekkie š I love blending my baked oats mixtures because thereās so much variation possible - you can skip the cottage cheese & add Greek yogurt or an egg, you can add extra protein with some protein powder, you can add a scoop of Nutella, you can toss in some nuts or fruitsā¦ itās truly a āmake it your ownā! Recipe: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup milk (or plant based milk) 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 banana Pinch of salt Add-ins: 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp espresso powder, 1 handful chocolate chips Blend everything together.
