Calgary, Alberta is one of my favorite under the radar winter destinations βοΈ Hereβs a travel guide to help you plan a weekend trip to Calgary! Start your weekend at The Simmons Building. Itβs an old warehouse that now houses some of the cityβs best coffee and pastries. Coffee at @phil&seb paired with the massive cheese stick from @Sidewalk Citizen Bakery ππΌ Get 360 degree views of the city from high up in the @TheCalgaryTower. Follow with a shopping trip to @Alberta Boot Co. Calgary is known for its Western heritage, and checking out the handmade cowboy boots and hats at Alberta Boot is a must. (I may or may not have come home with 2 new pairs!) The food scene in Calgary is incredible. Have brunch at @OEB Breakfast Co. and donβt miss their breakfast poutine. Afternoon tea at the historic @FairmontPalliser hotel is a cozy and chic way to warm up on a chilly day. I love the fireplace! @Chinook Blast is a winter festival that takes place every February. There are so many fun art installations and events. I loved the decorations and the bonfires. Moonlight & Eli is an incredible champagne and fondue restaurant. The food is delicious and I loved the chic interior and pink exterior! In the winter you can ice skate on the lagoon at Bowness Park. Natural ice skating in the snow is magical! Follow a morning in the park with brunch at The Beltliner. Warm up on the winter patio at @Bridgeland Distillery. Their hot cocktails and espresso martinis are great! End your trip with a meal with a view at Major Tom Bar. The cocktails and food are delicious, plus the views of the city and Calgary Tower are really special. @Tourism Calgary #capturecalgary #calgary #calgarycanada #canada #traveltiktok #alberta
