chili crunch pasta chips🥵 made in the airfryer~ these are definitely my new fav snack! -boil 8 oz of short pasta (like bowties) for 12 mins, past al-dente. you want the pasta to be overcooked but not mushy. -drain the pasta super well! you need the pasta to be very dry for maximum crunch. -season the pasta with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chili oil (try to get most of the oil part and less of the chili flakes/bits), 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp salt. -airfry at 400F for 10-12 mins, shaking the basket halfway through. -top with more parmesan cheese and enjoy! #chilioil #pastachips #pastatiktok
