These movements require strong abdominals to support the spine as our limbs move while trying to maintain position. 🛑 3-4 sets 8-10reps If these are too advanced, think about the foundational movements that need to take place . For example: high plank holds, reserve plank holds, side plank holds, cup one pelvic rotations, wall bugs, etc… In order to be able to do these, one needs to have the strength and endurance to maintain position while limps move.
